Sony PS Vita release date: 2.22.2012
Sony has announced the release date for the PS Vita. I want to be sold on the device, but still unsure. The features – 5″ OLED multi-touch display, 3G, dual sticks, and integration with the PS3 – are compelling. The 3-5 hours of gaming battery life is a major shortcoming in my opinion. That’s not enough time to last from terminal to terminal on a IAD to SFO flight.
The games do look amazing. In this age of iOS games, though, I have to wonder if the cost of one Vita game will deliver.
