Custom iPhone icon for a bookmark
Yesterday’s 1.1.3 iPhone update allows users to put bookmarks on their home screen. One of the problems is that the icon is very often a snippet of the page. I noticed iLounge had a nice icon, so I popped open Safari’s activity window, and lo! To get a custom icon, just create a 57×57 png named “apple-touch-icon.png” and drop it in the website root.
