Comcast: Day 3

No Internet access for 3 days now at home. The support personnel thought there were no issues, as she was able to ping my cable modem. I found that interesting as my cable modem was disconnected from power and cable at the time. Based on that “weird” issue, along with other neighbors not having access, she thinks it may be an issue outdoors. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for a technician to show up to see what’s wrong.

Comcast, how I loathe thee.

    Comcast net support, not ‘Tier One’ but Turd One. Could you hear the operator flipping the pages of the ‘Operator Manual’?

    3 months before I left Comcast in Herndon, VA, I upgraded to digital cable, but after the ‘upgrade’ I was missing around 30 channels that I had during my much cheaper analog plan. I refused to pay so they gave me a $20 discount.
    Time for you to take a hammer to your local Comcast office.
