(More) On Entourage
One thing that is driving me insane about Entourage – it does not refresh the message list correctly. If I have cleared all of the flags from an IMAP folder, the folder will still show that I have flagged messages. If I have marked all of the messages read, I still see I have some unread. I can switch to custom views to check, but that’s no efficient to do throughout the day. What’s really annoying is that I can refresh the message list to no avail. I have to rebuild the list for it to clear.
I’d also love a Universal Binary.
As I try to get a handle on the information overload of today’s work environment, these sort of hassles become more and more evident. And while I think Entourage is a nice product, I may have to reverse a trend and move to Thunderbird or Mail.app.

Thunderbird is the way to go. Ever since I got my Powerbook G4 for work, I’ve been totally happy with it. You recommended it – take your own advice!
Yeah, yeah….
I might stick with Mail.app, though.
