Sync Services in Entourage a reality?
I commented in an earlier post that Microsoft was really dragging it’s feet when it came to Sync Services and Entourage. Right now, iCal and AddressBook.app are my PIM tools, since the Entourage to Palm sync does not support locations. (“Meeting at 2PM… Now where is it?”)
During this year’s Macworld, Microsoft announced again we’d see the long-promised functionality by March or April. I’d heard it before, so I was a bit skeptical.
Well, lo and behold, Andy Ruff posted in the comments on the earlier post that “Sync Services support for Entourage is coming in March.” Evidently, we’ll also get Spotlight support, so it looks like my long wait is over. Thanks for that info, Andy!
I have to ask, though – how the heck did you stumble across my blog?
